1920年代から活動するユニークなジャズ・ヴィブラフォン奏者、レッド・ノーヴォの1933年から1938年のSP時代の音源を集めたコンピレーション。細野晴臣さんも自身のラジオ「Daisy Holiday」でプレイしたBenny Goodmanとのカルテット編成によるBix Beiderbecke作の「In a Mist」やRed Norvo作の「Dance of the Octopus」収録。なんてヘンで不思議な音楽なんだ笑
